		<description>Very good report on Hiit and SS cardio... yeah Hiit does burn more calories in a shorter time but of course thats obvious because you are working a lot harder.
But people get confused as its the only way to do cardio for fat loss.
Both methods lose fat ..it depends on your current goal and body development.

I reaally appreciated this article that Cleto wrote because it follows with the whole idea of pro-activity and responsibility with your fitness routine.  We have all found out that once you put these 10 or other principles into action, your workout becomes something that you look forward to and not something you make excuses to avoid.</description>
