Beginner Workout Routines to Help You Drop Weight
I finally decided to look for a beginner workout routine to help me lose weight. One day I finally decided that I was tired of buying a new wardrobe every few months or so and just basically feeling lousy. My doctor has been telling me for years that I needed to lose weight. My cholesterol was sky high and my blood pressure was through the roof. I have a 2 year old grandson that is the light of my life and I really want to be around to see him grow up.
I tried all the diet routines know to man like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. Sure I lost some weight but I usually just ended up gaining it back. I finally learned the hard way that going on a diet is boring and is not enough to lose the weight you want to. You have to include the dreaded exercise routine to really see the weight drop off. A beginner workout plan is essential if you really want to see results fast and finally start to feel good about yourself again.
Nobody likes to go into a gym and lift weights for an hour and then do 30 minutes of walking on a treadmill. If you do this 5-7 times a week you will soon grow so tired that you’ll quit the routine all together. That is exactly what happened to me. I finally started doing a beginner workout routine that works so well and is so much fun to do that I now look forward to doing the exercises. Especially since I can do them in my own home without expensive equipment.
This routine that I do now is so targeted and so much fun. I no longer do hours of boring cardio exercises that will wear you out with little results. What interval training does is it allows you to complete your workout in less than 30 minutes and you also change up the routine every few weeks. This way you never grow bored with the same old routine.
