Beginner Workout Routine in 7 Days

This beginner weight loss program is perfect if you want to develop a plan to lose weight. The purpose of any weight loss program is to get rid of the excess fat that we have built up over the years. As with any weight loss plan this program requires your complete dedication. Before you start any new program you should check with your doctor. It is important that when you begin a weight loss program to keep a positive attitude. You should constantly remind yourself that this program will help you live a longer healthy life.

The first day of the beginner weight loss program you need to do a brisk walk to warm up those tired old muscles and burn fat at the same time.This should take about twenty minutes. Before and after the walk, be sure to do a good stretch to help your muscles recover. Walking is a great exercise for the beginner, You want to walk fast enough so that it would be difficult for you to carry on a conversation with someone. In less than 30 minutes you are finished with your first day.

On the second day, you will do some exercises that targets the upper body. This could include weights or barbells or as simple as exercises that uses your own body-weight as resistance. Some good ones are push ups, pull ups and dips. One the third day you will do the same except for the lower body. Some good exercises are squats and lunges.

Use the fourth day as a rest day, but make sure you stretch out to keep the soreness down. This day off should be used as a day of relaxation and meditation. The fifth day starts with a good ten minute walk to get you warmed up. Do the lower body workout you did in day three then another ten minute walk, and then the upper body workout from day two.

The sixth day should be spent on a low impact exercise such as swimming or bike riding. To keep from becoming bored don’t be afraid to try something new. The last day of the week is also a rest day. Use this day to think about all the good you did for yourself by completing the first week of your new beginner workout plan.
